Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage multi-state
payroll processing and resolve discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for over 2,000
employees
Prepare monthly payroll reports and perform audits to address
discrepancies
Assist with payroll compliance audits and support HR and Finance
with special projects
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full-cycle, in-house payroll
processing
Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and familiar with Workday
integration
Knowledge of Canadian payroll processing
Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience handling confidential information
