                  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies
                    
                    
                    • 
                      
                    • Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court documents
                      
                      Skill Set:
                      
                      • 
                        
                      • 5-8 years of litigation experience
                        
                        
                        • 
                          
                        • Strong analytical and writing skills
                          
                          
                          • 
                            
                          • Excellent oral advocacy abilities
                            
                            
                            • 
                              
                            • Passion for consumer rights and protection
                              
                              
                              • 
                                
                              • JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership required
                                
                                
                                • 
                                  
                                • Experience in automotive-related litigation is a plus, but not required
