Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist / Customer
Service representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the vector team with quotations, bids, and contract
tracking
Input vector control orders and maintain communication regarding
order status
Support the vector sales staff with various administrative tasks
and shipping arrangements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
Availability to work from the Baton Rouge warehouse one day per
week
