Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist/Ops in
the life insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues
Document and track customer cases using a ticketing system
Conduct user training sessions and create training materials
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of experience in business operations, administration, or a
similar role
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools, such as
Zendesk
Previous experience in insurance software is a plus
Technology support and troubleshooting experience preferred
College degree or advanced learning preferred; HS Diploma or
equivalent required
