Content & PR SpecialistPopfly is looking for a creative and driven Content & PR Specialist to lead our content creation, social media strategy, brand ambassador management, and public relations efforts. In this role, you will be at the heart of storytelling, helping connect creators, brands, and partners through engaging, actionable content. If you have a passion for the creator economy, excellent writing skills, and the ability to drive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, we'd love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:Newsletter & Blog Content:

• Write and publish weekly newsletters that provide creator tips, marketing strategies, and highlight collaboration opportunities.
• Develop and manage a blog focused on creator growth, with a strong understanding of marketing and social commerce trends.
  Interviews & Content Creation:
  • Conduct interviews with creators and brands, transforming these conversations into engaging video content, blog posts, and tweet series.
  • Create a digestible social media series from these interviews to share valuable insights with our audience.
    Event & Program Promotion:
    • Lead promotional content efforts for Popfly IRL (in-person events) and the Emerging Creators Program (ECP).
    • Write compelling press releases and overviews for events and programs, ensuring well-timed social media support.
      Social Media Management:
      • Own the social media strategy, ensuring consistent and engaging posts that align with Popfly's goals.
      • Collaborate with the team to make sure social media posts are timely, creative, and impactful.
        New Features & Product Launches:
        • Publish stories, press releases, and micro-videos around new Popfly platform features.
        • Create user-friendly docs and short-form videos to explain new features to creators.
          Brand Ambassador & Partner Management:
          • Manage Popfly's brand ambassadors and ensure we consistently promote the brands that partner with us.
          • Work closely with brand partners to ensure their products and campaigns are highlighted across Popfly's channels.
            Public Relations (PR) Strategy:
            • Pitch traditional PR outlets and secure coverage in key media outlets.
            • Build relationships with media contacts and influencers to promote Popfly events, programs, and platform updates.
              Ideal Candidate:
              • A can-do attitude with the ability to take ownership of projects and run with them.
              • Strong writing and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and content creation.
              • Adept at creating short-form videos, particularly skilled in filming and editing video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
              • Solid understanding of the creator economy, digital marketing trends, and social media platforms.
              • Able to turn complex ideas into engaging, digestible content, from blog posts and newsletters to video and social series.
              • Team player who can collaborate with creators, brand partners, and cross-functional teams.
              • Experience in managing brand ambassadors and collaborating with partner brands to ensure effective promotions.
