JOB DUTIES:

-Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll for multi-state (approx. 250 Employees)

? Utilizing ADP?s Workforce Now / Time and Attendance

-Forward employee time cards to Managers for approval

-Partnering with HR to obtain information needed to enter and process new employee changes, merit increases, and terminations.

-Update employee information into payroll system.

-Maintain logs of incoming Payroll Adjustments

-Facilitate the preparation of manual checks when needed

-Immediate attention to payroll disputes, inquiries pertaining to accruals and deductions

-Review and process wage garnishments and levies

-Maintain and update all employee payroll files

-Setup new states for payroll processing

-Prepare payroll related accounts payable check requests.

-Assist with annual Financial, Workers Compensation and 401k audits

The qualified candidate will have at least 5 years experience in Payroll and Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Time and Attendance a plus. Must possess great communication skills, be proficient in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel, have experience processing payroll for employees in multiple locations nationwide.
