Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dental Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will have a proven track record of closing big treatment plans, excellent knowledge of PPO insurance, Denti-Cal billing procedures, and at least 2 years of experience in dental billing. Familiarity with Open Dental software and being Bilingual in Spanish is a definite plus.Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of dental billing, including submitting claims, processing payments, and managing accounts receivableVerify insurance coverage and benefits for patients, including PPO insurances, Denti-Cal and Medi-CalWork closely with patients to explain treatment costs, obtain necessary authorizations, and collect paymentsEnsure accuracy and compliance with billing and coding regulationsFollow up on outstanding claims and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies in a timely mannerMaintain detailed and organized billing recordsCollaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective billing processesRequirements:2+ years of experience in dental billingStrong knowledge of PPO insurances, Denti-Cal billing proceduresAbility to effectively close treatment plans and communicate with patients about financial responsibilitiesProficiency in dental practice management software, preferably Open DentalExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficientlyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with the dental teamBenefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceHealth insurance coveragePaid time offContinuing education opportunitiesOpportunity for growth and advancement within the companyContact by email or via text to 951-733-7744
