Key Responsibilities
Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team
Lead complex analyses of marketplace dynamics and develop critical
business metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic
decision-making and optimize marketplace efficiency
Required Qualifications
7+ years of analytics experience with 3+ years in a leadership
role
Strong technical foundation in SQL, Python, and statistical
analysis
Experience building and leading analytics teams
Track record of driving business impact through data-driven
insights
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as
Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
