Position Type: Full time Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location: Van Nuys, CA (Onsite)

As a Maintenance Technician/ Facilities Technician you will be responsible for
Maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
Performs trades work, such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.
Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
Knowledge of applicable standards or regulations, and specific trade certifications.
Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration.
Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
Uses experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system, operations to determine service requirements.
Advise manager of preventative maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken


Ideal Candidate will have
High School Diploma with 4 years' experience or 2 years college and two years relevant experience
Experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system, operations to determine service requirements.


Pay Range: $28.00-$30.00 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
